The best time to take your maternity photos is anywhere between 26-34 weeks.

**30-33 weeks is the sweet spot! That's when your belly is nice and round and the perfect size for maternity photos**

Once I receive your booking inquiry you will receive an e-mail with
- A set of questions to answer
- Your contract
- & an invoice

(Keep in mind that a 50% non-refundable retainer is due asap in order to secure your session. Your session is NOT secured until I receive your retainer)

Special Package: Typically between 3-6 weeks, but it depends on the occassion.

If you have to cancel our session for any reason I completely understand, life happens and things come up unexpectedly. But you have to understand that this is my job and your time slot is valuable time that could have been used by someone else.
*Please be mindful and let me know asap if you won't be able to make it to our session.

IF YOU WISH TO CANCEL:
- You forfeit your depost

IF YOU WISH TO RESCHEDULE:
- I will allow ONE free reschedule (upon photographer's availability) without having to pay a deposit again
- If you reschedule more than once, I will require another deposit (which will not count towards your total payment).

IF PHOTOGRAPHER HAS TO CANCEL:
- We can either reschedule or client will receive their full refund back

IF WE HAVE TO CANCEL DUE TO WEATHER CONDITIONS:
- We will reschedule asap

- I do not provide any RAW images.

- I don't do any body alterations.

- Please be mindful of our session time slot. Arrive with enough time to park, walk & meet as discussed. (Traffic or parking will not be an excuse to be late)

- If you are late, we will still end our session at the time agreed.
If you wish to extend our session to make up for lost time, keep in mind there will be a small extra fee.

**Be mindful if it is a mini session-I have clients back to back and it is unfair to have to move everyone's sessions back because one person was late.
